Gosper County Courthouse HVAC Fan Coil Unit Replacement

The Gosper County Nebraska Board of Commissioners is seeking bids from qualified individuals or entities for the replacement of HVAC fan coil units at the Gosper County Courthouse located at 507 Smith Ave, Elwood NE. The work involves draining the existing system and removing old coil units, installing new ball valves for isolation, and connecting new piping. The new units will be Trane Fan Coils of like models, and all materials must be in stock before the commencement of work. The project is scheduled for fall of 2026 and is expected to be completed within a 2–3-week period agreed upon by both parties.There will be no pre-bid conference. Bids submitted via email or fax will not be accepted. The deadline for bid submission is 11:00 AM CST on September 8, 2026. Bids will be opened on September 9, 2026, during the Commission's board meeting. Any bids received after the deadline will not be opened or considered and will be returned to the bidder.The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive, and accurate bidder.
