Requested services may include but are not limited to recreational equipment rental, food and beverage, special event Management, and merchandise resale. Additional services may be proposed.WHAT:     Mandatory On-site Meeting* WHEN:    Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026                 9:00 a.m. CDTWHERE:  Camp Helen State Park                 23937 Panama City Beach Parkway                 Panama City Beach, FL 32413*Interested parties must attend this meeting to be eligible to submit a proposal.  To register for the mandatory meeting or to submit questions in advance, please email Jake Landry at FPS.Concessions@FloridaDEP.gov by 5 p.m. EDT, Sept. 4, 2026. Preregistration is not mandatory but is recommended. Proposals must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. EDT, Sept. 30, 2026.  Learn more about Florida State Parks concession operations. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, handicap or marital status.
