Bradford Berry House & Property

The City of Hendersonville is seeking proposals from interested parties for the restoration and future use of the historic Bradford-Berry House and associated property. Interested parties should submit a written Letter of Intent (LOI) outlining their proposed restoration plan, intended use of the house and property, proposed business model, and information demonstrating the financial stability of the proposed model. The LOI should indicate the amount of land needed with the house, up to a maximum of 4 acres.
