The Learning Community Charter School is seeking bids for custodial, cleaning, grounds, and interior maintenance services for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an amendment to the original specifications packet. Bids must be submitted to the School Business Office LLC at 158 South Main Street, Hightstown, New Jersey, by 10:00 AM on September 9, 2026. Bidders are required to include the prepared amendment proposal with their submissions. Full specifications, including the amendment, can be requested via email at bids@sboffice.com. When requesting, bidders should include 'LCCS Custodial/Cleaning, Grounds, & Interior Maintenance Services Bid' in the subject line. All bids must be submitted using the bid form provided in the specifications; bids not submitted on this form may be rejected. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action requirements. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
