Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for Federal Project Number TAP-5401(721) GRG Bid Number 2026-004-308S Brickline Greenway: North Connector Phase 3 Spring Ave – Washington to Lindell (308S) in St. Louis City, Missouri. This project is partially funded by federal funding and must comply with all applicable requirements of MoDOT's Local Public Agency regulations. This work includes, but is not limited to: earthwork, removals, grading, paving, utility adjustments, street reconfiguration, traffic control, signals, street and pedestrian lighting, sidewalk, curbs, unit pavers, granite, trees, landscaping, and site furniture and includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications. This project will occur during the construction of adjacent construction projects and will require coordination through the engineer to minimize conflicts with construction operations and impacts to the traveling projects. The contractor shall coordinate traffic control, staging and any other items as determined by the engineer, between these various projects and the adjacent project in this construction package.
