2026 Garbage Disposal Services

The Yorkville Community Unit School District 115 is seeking sealed bids for garbage disposal services for the year 2026. The public bid opening is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Administrative Offices located at 800 Game Farm Road, Yorkville, Illinois. During this opening, the bids will be read aloud. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bidding process, or to accept the bid that best serves its interests. The bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, taking into account conformity with specifications, delivery terms, and overall quality and serviceability. The Board also reserves the right to disqualify a contractor who does not demonstrate sufficient experience relevant to the project's size and scope. Bidding documents can be obtained in person (up to 3 sets) or electronically from August 27, 2026, to September 3, 2026, during business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Yorkville Community Unit School District 115 office.
