NOTICE TO BIDDERS:    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed bid proposals are sought by the Board of Fire Commissioners of Big Flats Fire District No. 1 (District) for the following contract:   BIG FLATS FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1 JET-POWERED SHALLOW-WATER RESCUE BOAT BID NO.
