The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking quotes for Two (2) Single user waterless restroom building with SST ventilation and air flow system. Stamped architectural drawings must be supplied with quote submission and comply with NYS uniform code. Design must meet requirements for snow and wind load, as well as seismic design for Madison & Oneida Counties NY. One unit to be delivered to Verona Beach State Park, 6541 Lakeshore Road North, Verona Beach NY 13162 One unit to be delivered to Helen McNitt State Park, 5133 East Lake Road, Cazenovia NY 13035  Structure ·         Polyethylene restroom enclosure o   Color – TBD o   Wall vent shall be pre-assembled steel frame with heavy steel mesh and integral insect screen, power coated black o   Window shall be polycarbonate, riveted to building and powder coated o   Board and batten siding with lap accent o   Commercial metal door & frame Roofing ·         Pre-engineered wood truss roofing system with purlins between trusses ·         Roofing 26-gauge metal roof o   Include inside & outside foam closures and matching trim, fasteners, sheet metal flashing and felt o   Roofing color TBD Waterless fixtures & accessories ·         waterless restroom components shall be supplied ·         underground vault shall be 1000 gallon polyethylene vault with steel reinforced center column ·         vent pipe for vault shall be: o   Inner diameter of 12” and black polyethylene o   Concealed with vent shroud until it reaches the roof.
