SUNY Schenectady Electricity Supply Services

SUNY Schenectady is accepting proposals from qualified, responsive, and responsible electricity suppliers and brokers to provide FIXED-PRICE electricity supply.  Pricing shall be firm, fixed and all-inclusive on a $/kWh basis for each 3-year and 5 year term for the full contract term following contract execution.  Proposals shall cover all labor and materials to perform services in conformity with this request. Questions from interested Bidders should be forwarded to purchasing@sunysccc.edu not later than September 7, 2026, 2:00 pm.  Answers will be provided in the form of an addendum, posted to both NYS Contractor Reporter and BidNet Direct by September 11.   Proposals must be received by the specified date/time detailed in the Timetable of Key Events. Bidders are cautioned to allow ample time for delivery of bids/proposals in order to avoid rejection due to a missed deadline caused by a courier delayed delivery.  Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Constellation NewEnergy, Inc.
