Snow Removal Services

The Contractor selected as a result of this IFB will perform snow/ice removal services at RocklandPsychiatric Center’s Hudson River locations (RPC/HR). RPC/HR encompasses a main campus, two(2) occupied residential homes, one (1) clinic and one (1) unoccupied residential location and isoperational 24 hours – every day. The objective of snow and ice control is to provide the clients weserve, the public, and our employees with passable roads, walkways, sidewalks and parking areas asmuch of the time as is possible, and to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all. Travel by clients,staff, vendors/visitors, and RPC/HR Safety Vehicles within the facility grounds must be uninterrupted.RPC/HR requires that the snow removal services as described in this work plan be guaranteed bythe Contractor providing the services.
