HVAC Unit Replacement

Rahway Community Action Organization is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of four Carrier rooftop HVAC units. The scope of work includes the complete removal and proper disposal of the existing HVAC units, along with the furnishing and installation of four new Carrier rooftop HVAC units. This includes all necessary parts, materials, labor, equipment, start-up, testing, and related work to ensure a fully operational system. Bidders must also account for the costs of all required permits, inspections, and fees associated with the project. Specifications for the HVAC units are available upon request. Bids should reflect the total cost for the complete job. All companies submitting bids are required to pay prevailing wages, hold the appropriate licenses and insurance, and possess a valid NJ Public Works Contractor ID. Scheduled site visits are strongly recommended. Sealed bids must be delivered to 796 E. Hazelwood Ave., Rahway, NJ, 07065, Attention: Kevin Brown, or can be submitted via email to kbrown@rahwaycao.org by 5 p.m. on September 18.
