NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The School Board of Brevard County, Florida, henceforth referred to as the District or School Board is issuing an intent to single/sole source for Commercial Energy Specialists (CES) (27-0282-SS-HD).Project OverviewThe District is intending to single/sole source Commercial Pool T-Star Covers, winders, and EOS Power Winder, manufactured by S.R. Smith from Commercial Energy Specialists (CES) at an anticipated cost of Variable for a Two year agreement.The deadline to submit questions or responses for a like product to this notice is 2:00 pm on Monday, September 7, 2026.NOTE: Respondents are required to submit responses electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform.
