Substation 10 Transformer Upgrade

The Owner is replacing the existing 18 MVA, 69/15 kV transformer and realigning the connection to the distribution bay structure at Substation 10.  The realignment will include relocating an existing 15kV breaker and replacing two steel switch stands.  The Contractor will be responsible for the draining and removal of the transformer; removal of the transformer pad; removal of the breaker, switch stands, and assoicated foundations; removal of a section of cable trench; and installation of the new oil containment system, transformer, breaker, steel structures, GOABS, and associated foundations, including the lifting of the new transformer from a temporary pad and placement on the permanent pad.
