REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFPs) Proposals will be received by the Plaquemines Parish School Board, Attention:  Ann Relle, Finance Manager, 557 F. Edward Hebert Blvd., Belle Chasse, LA  70037-0069, or through Central Auction House, https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/main.php, no later than 2:00PM Central Standard Time (CST) on Thursday, October 1, 2026 for the following: RFP 27-001 | In-Building Cellular Coverage Enhancement Systems Plaquemines Parish School Board is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design, furnish, install, and support in-building cellular coverage enhancement systems at three District facilities. Proposals will be opened at the Plaquemines Parish School Board’s Business Central Office Building (BCO), 557 F.
