Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. Construct Drainage Diversion at West Side Exterior Stairway of University Foundation Arts Building   UNR Project#: #26MNC03652 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2027-011 SPWD Project #: 26-B906 Estimated Cost Range: $50,500 to $150,500 Liquidated Damages: $500 per day   Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Pollution Liability, and Builders Risk will be required. Riggers Liability will be required if a crane is used. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information and in compliance with the requirements set forth here: https://www.unr.edu/bcn-nshe/risk/contracts.   Special Considerations:  Use of equipment such as a forklift, scissor lift, or crane may be required.   Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "October 26, 2026" and shall be fully complete by "April 30, 2027."
