RFP 27-10 Administration of HTA's Visitor Experience Programs

The Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority (HTA) is the state agency responsible for representing the Hawaiian Islands around the world and for holistically managing tourism in Hawaiʻi in a sustainable manner consistent with community desires, economic goals, cultural values, preservation of natural resources, and visitor industry needs. The Hawai‘i Tourism Authority (HTA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide administrative support services for the statewide implementation of HTA’s four (4) visitor experience programs in calendar year 2027: Kūkulu Ola; Community Enrichment; Signature Festivals & Events, and Sports Tournaments & Events. All work must be conducted in alignment with each program’s established guidelines.
