The Port of Portland (Port) is soliciting proposals from experienced firms or teams of firms(the Provider or Providers) capable of providing services to the Port on this RFP for On-Call Pre-Employment Screening and Physical Exam Services and/or Annual Occupational Health Services. The Port intends to award one or more highly qualified Provider(s) a contract with a term of up to five years.Proposers must be able to provide appropriate levels of licensed medical professionalsto administer pre-employment screenings and physical examinations and/or annualoccupational health services to current Fire Department, Police Department, andCommunications Center employees. Physician(s) shall oversee this physical contract andfit-for-duty program. (
