The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is seeking bids for the Fire Casualty Loss Repairs at Outhwaite Homes. All bids must be sealed and delivered to the CMHA Purchasing Department, Attention: Yasvel Couso Trigo, IFB 26-07-154, 8120 Kinsman Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44104, and must arrive before the due date and time of Monday, September 14, 2026, at 10 A.M. Bids received after this deadline will be returned unopened to the offeror. Specifications for the project can be downloaded from CMHA's website at https://www.cmha.net/business/index.php.A Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 31, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Participants can join the meeting using the provided Meeting ID 257 433 840 020 020 and passcode Df6CM6Wu. Additionally, a site visit will take place on the same day at 11:00 A.M.Each bid must include a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check from a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, for at least 10% of the total bid amount. The work is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality in bids whenever it is in the best interest of CMHA. Bids must remain firm and cannot be withdrawn for 120 calendar days following the bid opening without CMHA's consent. CMHA is a Political Subdivision of the State of Ohio and is exempt from all taxes.
