Paving the Way Program - Whittier Blvd

The City of Montebello seeks bids from qualified contractors to provide and perform pavement rehabilitation, in relation to the City’s “Paving The Way” Program, to the specified area on Whittier Boulevard. The contractor will perform the “Project” and other appurtenances in accordance with the 2021 Standard Plans for Public Works (SPPWC), 2024 Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction “Greenbook” (aka Standard Specifications), and 2025 Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications. Services will include rehabilitation improvements to pavement overlay and grading, furnishing and installation of project construction signs, and traffic signing, striping, and markings. Concrete excavation/ removal, curb and gutter construction/ repair, grade adjustments, and specific landscaping services will be required.
