Notice of United States Marshal's Sale

This notice is for the public auction of the M/V FAN-DANE-GO, Hull Identification Number FAB34126J223, along with her engines, tackle, apparel, and appurtenances. The auction will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST, at Deep Creek Cove, 381 Brielle Road, Manasquan, New Jersey 08736. Bidders are required to make a deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the bid price with the U.S. Marshal at the close of the sale, using a money order or certified check. The remaining balance must be paid within forty-eight (48) hours after the sale, also by money order or certified check. Failure to comply with these payment terms will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. The sale is subject to confirmation or rejection by the Court, and if the sale is not confirmed, the deposit will be returned to the highest bidder. Prospective bidders may inspect the Vessel by applying to the Marshal for permission to board at designated times. Inspections are at the bidder's own risk.
