The Livingston County Land Bank Corporation (“Land Bank”) requests proposals from qualifiedmodular home builders/installers to furnish and install a new single-family modular home on avacant lot on Parker Road in the Village of Mt. Morris, NY 14510. No street address has beenassigned; the site is referred to on the Contract Drawings as “0 Parker Road.” The site is aportion of Tax Map ID 106.17-1-2.1 (total area 2.343 acres) to be subdivided in August 2026 asParcel B (approximately 1.290 acres), per the Map of a Survey prepared by Grover & BatesAssociates. The Land Bank owns the property; it will be conveyed as a fully subdivided,buildable lot before construction begins.The awarded Contractor will coordinate all project activities with the Land Bank and with LiRoEngineers, Inc., (the Engineer/Consultant) overseeing construction on the Land Bank’s behalf.
