CST on September 21, 2026. All proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud at 2:05 P.M. CST in the Municipal Building Council Chambers, located at 3800 University Blvd, West University Place, Texas 77005. Each firm shall submit one (1) original copy of their proposal and supporting documentation and one (1) electronic thumb drive with a digital PDF copy of their proposal and supporting documentation.Bid packages and additional documentation may be obtained on CivCastUSA.comProposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside identifying the proposal as: “ADMIN2026-10 Recreation Center Improvements”.Proposals must be addressed and delivered to: City of West University Place Attn: City Secretary 3800 University Blvd West University Place, Texas 77005Proposals will not be accepted via fax and/or email.A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 A.M. CST on September 3, 2026, at the West University Place Recreation Center located at 4210 Bellaire Blvd, Conference Room, West University Place, Texas 77025.
