Surplus School Buses

Teton School District 401 is inviting sealed bids for the purchase of three surplus school buses. This sale is in accordance with Idaho Code Section 33-601 concerning the disposal of district personal property. The buses are sold individually, as-is, where-is, and with no warranties expressed or implied. The minimum acceptable bid for each bus is set at $500.00. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked 'Surplus Bus Bid' along with the specific bus number being bid on. The deadline for submitting bids is September 14, at 5 pm. Bidders have the option to drop off their bids in person at the District office located at 481 North Main, Driggs, or they can mail their bids to TSD 401, PO Box 775, Driggs, ID 83422. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities.
