Buschmann Road and Ranchette Drive Improvements

The City of Breezy Point is seeking bids for the construction of improvements on Buschmann Road and Ranchette Drive. Bids will be accepted online through ConneX's bidVAULT until September 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. local time. Following the bid submission deadline, there will be a public bid opening meeting available online. Interested parties can join the meeting via Zoom or by phone using the provided Meeting ID and Passcode. The project requires various construction tasks, including the removal of bituminous pavement, excavation, and installation of drainage structures, among others. All bidders must comply with the provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor. Bidding documents can be accessed and downloaded for a nonrefundable fee of $25 from the bidVAULT website. The website will also provide updates, addenda, and other relevant information for bidders. Bids must be submitted electronically through the bidVAULT service. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids without explanation, and no bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
