Notice of Public Hearings and Invitation to Comment on the Fulton County Commissioners Proposed Amendment to the Special ResolutionNational Flood Insurance Program RegulationFulton County invites public review of the proposed amendments for its Special Resolution National Flood Insurance Program Regulation. The amendment will be to adopt the updated Fulton County Flood Insurance Program Regulations.The Fulton County Commissioners will hold two (2) public hearings. The first hearing will be held on September 29, 2026, at 9:15 a.m. at the Fulton County Administration Building County Commissioners Conference Room located on the second floor at 152 S. Fulton Street, Wauseon, Ohio 43567-4356; the second hearing will be held on October 6, 2026 at 9:15 a.m at the Fulton County Administration Building County Commissioners Chambers located on the second floor at 152 S. Fulton Street, Wauseon, Ohio 43567-4356.This notice and the proposed amendment are also available at the offices of the Fulton County Commissioners, 152 S. Fulton Street, 2rd Floor, Wauseon, Ohio, 43567-4356 and the Maumee Valley Planning Organization, 1300 E.
