All bidders are encouraged to attend and sign in at the meeting, which will also include the Owner, Architect, and Engineer.The anticipated award of the contract is on September 29, 2026, with construction expected to start on September 30, 2026. The anticipated substantial completion date is January 29, 2026. Bidders should submit lump sum proposals.
