The work includes removal and replacement of designated roofing sections, installation of metal roofing, replacement of plywood sheathing as needed, installation of ice and water barrier, installation of custom metal eave trim, and cleanup and disposal of all project-related debris. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and transportation to complete the project.Interested bidders are encouraged to visit the project site to examine existing conditions, verify dimensions, and determine the full scope of work before submitting a quote. Contractors must familiarize themselves with all site conditions.Sealed quotes must be clearly marked as “Partial Roof Replacement / Priest River Elementary – RFQ” and delivered to West Bonner School District #83, District Office, 134 Main St, Priest River, ID 83856. The deadline for submission is Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Quotes received after the deadline may not be considered.Qualified contractors must be properly licensed to perform work in Idaho, comply with all applicable regulations, have knowledge of OSHA and ADA safety standards, and provide references for similar completed projects upon request.
