IFB 26-059 - Meal Tickets

The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking qualified vendors to establish a Statewide Purchase Authorization Contract for the supply and direct delivery of perforated paper stock for OMH psychiatric centers and facilities statewide. Under this arrangement, individual OMH facilities / nutrition departments will place orders on an as-needed basis, with items being shipped directly from the contractor to the ordering facility. Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, September 18, 2026. Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders on September 25, 2026.  The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.   Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, September 30, 2026.  No late bids will be accepted. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates. Any documentation regarding this procurement will be posted.
