Rice Creek Lift Station Improvements

This project involves the construction of various improvements at the Rice Creek Lift Station. The work includes clearing and grubbing of 400 square yards, installation of 75 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer, removal of a lift station dry well, construction of a duplex lift station, installation of a sanitary forcemain (both open cut and directionally drilled) totaling 300 linear feet, installation of 175 linear feet of wire fence, construction of a prefabricated modular block retaining wall of 1,100 square feet, laying 190 square yards of 8-inch concrete pavement, and erosion control and turf establishment over 1,000 square yards, along with other related tasks as per the plans and specifications. All work must be completed by September 31, 2027.Proposals for this work will be received online through QuestCDN.com until 10:00 AM local time on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Bids will be opened and publicly read via Microsoft Teams.
