The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, considering quality, performance, and compliance with bid package requirements. Macon County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.Bidders must seal their proposals in envelopes and clearly mark them with the project name and the opening date. The name and address of the bidder should also be marked on the outside of each envelope. Minority businesses, women's businesses, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids.
