Various Materials for Phase 1 of the Irrigation System at Shawnee Golf Course

Cleveland Metroparks is inviting bids for various materials including HDPE pipe, fittings, valves, etc., needed for the Phase 1 of the irrigation system at Shawnee Golf Course. Bids must be submitted and entered into Public Purchase by 2:00 P.M. (EDT) on September 9, 2026. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and recorded via WebEx. Bidders can join the meeting at the provided WebEx link or by calling the specified number with the access code and meeting password. After the award is made, bids will be available for public inspection as per ORC 9.28. It is important to note that late bids will not be accepted. All contractors must comply with applicable federal and state laws regarding Equal Employment Opportunities. Cleveland Metroparks, being a governmental agency, is exempt from local, state, and federal taxes. Bids must be entered into Public Purchase, and no bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty days after the closing time for receipt of bids. Cleveland Metroparks reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may waive non-substantive technicalities.
