RFP #25251026, Cowles Street Reconstruction Cultural Resources

The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Division of Preconstruction Services, is soliciting for professional cultural resources report for the Cowles Reconstruction project.A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately September 2026 through December 2030.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $50,000 to $100,000. The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available AUGUST 26, 2026, and may be downloaded from our web site at:  https://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-rfp-cal.cfm, select Northern Region and unclick the “Over $200,000” amount box. Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.  Persons residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 451-2247 or TDD number 711 or 1-800-770-8973.
