Abatement, Demolition and Disposal of 46&50 North Street, Kingston

Project scope is full hazardous materials abatement and subsequent demolition of one house and one shed at 50 North Street and one house at 46 North Street, Kingston. All ACM, PACM, or asbestos materials, and all Lead Based Paint must be removed from the structures and the abatement project completed, as outlined in NYS DOL Industrial Code Rule 56-11.4 Pre-Demolition Asbestos Abatement, prior to commencement of demolition. Demolish and remove three structures including all associated foundations, slabs, and debris associated with and or connected to the buildings. Protect all surrounding private property, public rights-ofway, and municipal infrastructure during demolition. Leave the site clean, leveled with grade and free of unsafe conditions.
