Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services

The Town of Elberta is seeking bids for Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services. Bids will be accepted until 9:45 a.m. CT on Monday, September 14th, 2026. Interested parties can request the Request for Proposals (RFP) electronically via email at townhall@townofelberta.com. Bids can be submitted in person at the Town Hall located at 13052 Main Street or sent via U.S. Postal Service to P.O. Box 277, Elberta, AL 36530. All bids must be received by the specified date and time. The bid opening will commence at 10:00 a.m. on the same day at the Town Hall. To be considered, bids must be submitted on original proposal forms included in the Bid Package. All bids submitted in person or by mail must be sealed and will be date and time stamped upon receipt by Town Personnel. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that their bid is received by the Town Hall before the deadline. The Town of Elberta reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technical errors if it serves the Town's best interests.
