Public Safety Training Center - Translation Services RFP

Bucks County Community College is seeking a fixed firm price for technical translation and on-site interpretation for public safety training courses to be conducted in the following countries: Japan, Spain, and South Korea. Countries may be added or removed based on our clients' needs. Bucks County Community College requests a cost per word for technical translation from English, as well as technical on-site interpretation to be conducted in a classroom and/or outdoors on the training grounds in the elements. Translation is to be priced per word, and on-site interpretation is to be priced on an eight (8) hour workday (Mon-Sat). The College is considering a one (1) or three (3) year contract for translation services. Complete specifications for this project will be available on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). Proposal and Qualification Statements must be received electronically via PennBid on or before 11:00 am, Prevailing Time, Thursday, September 24, 2026. Proposals received by any other means, or after the deadline, will not be considered.
