Warrior Run Borough Front Street Paving and Sewer Improvements Project

The Borough of Warrior Run is accepting sealed bids for the Front Street Paving and Sewer Improvements Project. Bids will be received at the Warrior Run Borough Municipal Building located at 496 Front Street, Warrior Run PA 18706 until 7:00 P.M. Local Time on September 8, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same time and location. The project will be considered at the Warrior Run Borough Council Meeting on September 14, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at the same municipal building. Interested bidders can find the contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, at the office of Penneastern Engineers, LLC, located at 165 North Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. Copies of the contract documents can be obtained by depositing a nonrefundable fee of $100.00 per set during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the office of Penneastern Engineers, LLC. Bidders must be registered plan holders at the engineer's office to be considered responsible bidders. Bids must include a security deposit of 10% of the total bid amount, as per the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a payment bond and a performance bond, each for 100% of the contract amount, within 15 days of contract award. Additionally, a two-year maintenance bond for 100% of the contract amount will be required upon project completion. This project is funded by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Commonwealth Financing Authority. The Borough of Warrior Run reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities in the bidding process. The Borough does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, or familial status in employment or service provision.
