Ptak Towers Front Canopy Fabric Replacement

The Housing Authority of the Borough of Highlands is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of the front canopy fabric at Ptak Towers, located at 215 Shore Drive in Highlands, NJ, 07732. Bids must adhere to the Technical Specifications and Drawings included in the Contract Documents. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at the Authority offices, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud.A Pre-bid meeting is not required; however, site visits can be arranged by appointment only. Interested parties should email Reneed@highlandsha.org to schedule a site visit. Bidding documents are available at no cost on the Authority's website at www.HighlandsHA.org. Bidders are encouraged to frequently check for any addenda. To be eligible to bid, contractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue, and the New Jersey Department of Labor as Public Works contractors at the time of bid submission. The Authority promotes participation from Minority-Owned Business Enterprises and reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in the bidding process. Bidders should pay particular attention to employment conditions and minimum wage rates stipulated in the contract documents.
