Water Treatment Queensboro Facility

New York State (NYS) Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) is issuing this Solicitation to provide the Queensboro facility located at 47-04 VanDam Street, Long Island City, NY 11101 with Water Treatment Services. The term of the resulting contract will be up to five (5) years. The Bidder must have five (5) years experience with treatment of potable water systems for institutional facilities.  Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, and all incidentals to complete the work for the services described in this Solicitation including design, installation, preventative maintenance, inspection, calibration, reporting, and testing of a Commercial-grade NSF 61 compliant copper-silver ionization (CSI) water disinfection system system to achieve Legionella compliance on the domestic hot water service located in DOCCS Queensboro Correctional Facility.
