Demolition of 741 Northland Avenue and 777 Northland Avenue

BUDC is soliciting proposals from contractors for the demolition of all structures, pavements, slabs and building foundations at 741 and 777 Northland Avenue in the City of Buffalo. The general scope of work for this project entails asbestos abatement and regulated materials removals, pavement, structure and slab demolition, removal of building foundations, removal of basement walls to a depth of 5 feet, fracturing basement slabs, waste disposal, recycling, clean backfill of subgrade basement and vaults, preservation of a section of foundation, construction of a preserved foundation structure, restoration of a facility sign, and site restoration to finished conditions. The intent and purpose of this request for proposal is to solicit responses for the selection of a prime contractor to provide general construction services for the work detailed in Exhibits A through D.
