Inspector of Record (IOR) Services for Project 21055 Santa Maria Probation Juvenile Justice Center Units 1/2/3 Remodel.

The County is seeking the services of a qualified Inspector of Record firm or individual for the Project. The project scope is to remodel housing units 1/2/3 at the Santa Maria Juvenile Justice Center. The remodel will consist of upgrading units 1&2 to a higher security level to meet current institutional programming needs for holding older wards longer locally. These upgrades will include new cell doors and automated locking systems, cameras and security systems upgrades, new finishes, shower room updated to meet ADA and other operational codes. Unit 3 remodel will be to create a lower security housing unit for low- risk wards that includes replacing of cell doors, lighting, security system updates, shower room updates for ADA and other required codes and new finishes in the unit.
