2026 HWY 66 Water Main Relocation for the City of Louisville

Sealed proposals are being accepted for the construction of the 2026 HWY 66 Water Main Relocation project. The work involves replacing 1,100 linear feet of PVC water main located under Mill Creek and the Union Pacific Railroad. The estimated cost for this project is $500,000. Bidders must submit their proposals using the forms provided by the Engineer and include bid security of at least 5% of the bid amount. This security will be payable to the Treasurer of the City of Louisville as liquidated damages if the bid is accepted and the bidder fails to enter into a contract and provide the necessary bond.
