Ballistic Glass and Panels

State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide a new and distinct category of "Ballistic Glass and Panels" under the existing Window Security Products Portfolio. This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is: - Vendors must meet all Mandatory Minimum Requirements to proceed to the Technical Evaluation. - Vendors must score at least 585 of the 780 available points in the Technical Evaluation to proceed to the Cost Evaluation. - Vendors who receive a total of at least 800 of the available 1000 total points (technical + cost) will be awarded a contract. Length of Contract: - expires with current portfolio contracts - May 6, 2029 Vendor must guarantee its pricing for One-year. Administrative Fee: 0.10% (one tenth of one percent)
