Annual Employee Engagement Survey

The College seeks to engage a qualified vendor to design, administer, and analyze an annual employee engagement survey to be conducted each spring. This survey will assess employee satisfaction, engagement, and experience across all employee populations (2,500 full-time/part-time employees) Goals and Objectives • Gather comprehensive feedback from all employees regarding workplace experience and engagement • Identify trends and patterns across campus locations, divisions, and employment types • Provide actionable insights to support organizational improvement initiatives • Maintain employee anonymity while enabling segmented analysis • Support the College's commitment to creating an Exceptional Employee Experience Success Criteria A successful vendor partnership will result in: • A customizable survey instrument aligned with the College's strategic priorities • Timely administration and data collection (spring timeline) • Comprehensive reporting with segmentation by campus, division, and employment type (full-time/part-time) • Anonymous feedback collection with robust data security • Clear, actionable recommendations based on survey findings • Ability to track year-over-year trends and progress
