The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide Architectural design services to provide complete design services, to include, but not limited to cost estimates, cost estimates, specifications, drawings, permitting submittals, as well as bidding and construction support and all other necessary federal reporting requirements.  The design may be produced in two phases as follows: 1) Phase 1 - Programming and Conceptual 2) Phase 2 - Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
