Guardrail Project and Mitigation for County Roads

Sealed bids and Requests for Proposals are invited until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the office of the Purchasing Agent located at the Washington County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, 100 East Main Street, Jonesborough, Tennessee. Bids will be opened and read aloud at that time, while proposals will be evaluated by a committee at a later date. The work includes the following projects: 1. Guardrail Project for various county roads (Sealed Bid Number: HW-202702), 2. Mitigation for various county roads (Sealed Bid Number: HW-202703), and 3. Stream Sampling for the Washington County Zoning Office (Request for Proposals, Proposal Number: GF-00204). Specifications and bid/proposal forms can be obtained from the Purchasing Department. The County retains the right to accept or reject any or all bids or proposals and to waive informalities. This notice was published on August 21, 2026.
