Crest Hill Commons, Phase 1

The City of Crest Hill is seeking bids for the construction of Crest Hill Commons, Phase 1. This project includes grading, underground utility installation, parking lot construction, playground infrastructure, concrete flatwork, seat wall construction, and seed restoration at 20650 City Center Blvd, located between City Hall and the White Oak Library. Bids will be accepted electronically via QuestCDN until 10:00 A.M. on September 11, 2026. A bid bond of at least 10% is required with each proposal, ensuring that a contract will be secured if the proposal is accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities, postpone the bid opening, or advertise for new proposals if deemed necessary. The Contractor must comply with prevailing wage rates as established by the Illinois Department of Labor and adhere to all applicable regulations. Prequalification must be submitted to the engineer by all potential bidders, and proposals may be denied if the applicant is not deemed suitable by the City Engineer and Mayor and City Council.
