Police Protective Gear - 680.08 Police Protection Equipment & Supplies

The awarded Standard Purchase Order will not be subject to a specific time term and/or renewal. Please see table below with equipment specifications. Equivalent make and models are not acceptable. The proposal must include detailed equipment specifications, equipment warranty, lead time to deliver each item, and delivery charges. The City intends to award the purchase order(s) to multiple qualified vendors based on lowest bid and whose proposals meet the requirements of this RFQ. Please see Bid Packet Document for product specification, requirements and other important information. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
