Gurnee Park District Southridge Park Site Improvements

Separate sealed bids are sought for the Southridge Park Site Improvements located Northeast of Hunt Club Road and W Gages Lake Road on Southridge Drive in Gurnee, IL 60031. The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of HMA pathway/parking lot pavement, PCC pavement, and concrete curb and gutter. Additionally, it involves the removal and replacement of playground equipment and foundation, removal of synthetic turf pour in place rubber safety surfacing, safety surfacing sub-grading and base installation, SESC measures, restoration measures, and all appurtenances necessary to complete the project.Gurnee Park District will receive bids at their office at Hunt Club Park Community Center, 920 N. Hunt Club Rd., Gurnee, Illinois 60031 until 10:00 A.M. (Local time) on September 8, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bids are expected to be awarded at the regular meeting of the Board of Park Commissioners.
