Churchville-Chili Central School District Capital Improvement Project Phase 7-1.

Separate sealed proposals, will be received by the Board of Education, Churchville-Chili Central School District (herein referred to as the “Owner”) for the Churchville-Chili Central School District Capital Improvement Project Phase 7-1. Bids shall be received by the Owner, in the District Office, 139 Fairbanks Road, Churchville, NY 14428, until 3:00 P.M., local time, on September 16, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted. Apparent low bidders for each Prime Contract will be required to participate in a post bid scope review meeting with the Owner, Construction Manager, and Architect on Thursday, September 17, 2026. Apparent low bidders shall be prepared to review their bid, scope of work, inclusions, exclusions, allowances, alternates, and other requirements of the Contract Documents.
