Request For Proposal For On-Call Engineering Services

The City of Pikeville is accepting proposals for engineering services on an on-call basis. Services could include, but are not limited to, site design, water and sewer infrastructure design, rural and municipal roadway design, and construction management. Information about the services and a complete Request for Proposals (RFP) package can be obtained by contacting Brad Slone at the Pikeville City Hall (243 Main Street, Pikeville, KY 41501), by phone at (606) 444-5299, or by email at brad.slone@pikeville.ky.gov. Three (3) individual copies of the proposals shall be submitted to the attention of Robbi Bentley, City Clerk, Pikeville City Hall, 243 Main Street, Pikeville, KY 41501, (606) 437-5100. The sealed proposal packages should be addressed to: City of Pikeville, Attn: City Clerk, 243 Main Street, Pikeville, Kentucky 41501. The proposal package must be clearly marked on the outside “Request for Proposals – On-Call Engineering Services for the City of Pikeville” and received no later than 2:00 P.M. EDT (1:00 P.M.
